Along beaches we maunder,
On oceans we tread.
Tender waves of fondness,
Down the foreshore of passion crashed.
Love is joy,
O’ simple bliss –
What we find,
We tend to miss.
Love finds you not,
The other way round.
Seemingly fragile yet,
Eternal beauty bound.
Whiffs of fresh air inspired,
By the bank we bimbled,
Ever as I breathe,
I shall love –
All five foot four of you.
Love is enough!
Love is tough.
If ever there were none,
Then,
There was One.
Seashells are love letters in the sand.
The Poet I,
You,
The receiving end.
